Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Norwegian-speaking clients to identify their B2B integration requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot B2B integrations between our systems and client platforms.
- Provide ongoing technical support and assistance during the integration process to ensure client satisfaction.
- Accurately document integration workflows and technical specifications for both internal teams and clients.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in B2B integration technologies.
- Work closely with different departments to enhance integration services and improve client experiences.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Previous experience in B2B integration, APIs, or a similar technical field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in building client relationships.
- Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., middleware, ETL, APIs) is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
