Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to business operations and support services.
- Proactively resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless business processes.
- Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the support system.
- Identify potential areas for improvement in service delivery and recommend actionable solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required, along with a good command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in business support or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
- A proactive and upbeat attitude towards assisting customers is essential.
