Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
- Assist clients with inquiries and troubleshoot product-related issues.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Educate clients about our services to help them make the most of their experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care.
