Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Assist customers by providing detailed product information and support.
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions for quality assurance and improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to share experiences and enhance the customer service experience.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with high-quality consumer products is an advantage.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital tools is beneficial.
