Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
- Experience with quality consumer products is a plus.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
