Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with Norwegian-speaking customers to foster loyalty and retention.
- Proactively reach out to customers to check on satisfaction and handle any queries.
- Promote additional products and services aligned with customer interests.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Monitor customer feedback to help shape engagement strategies and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
- Prior experience in customer service or loyalty-focused roles is highly preferred.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools is an advantage.
