In this role, you will be the primary contact for our Norwegian-speaking customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support and are able to maximize their usage of our products and services. Your fluency in Norwegian will be vital in fostering strong relationships, addressing inquiries, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for Norwegian-speaking customers, promptly addressing questions and providing tailored support.
- Assist customers in effectively implementing and utilizing our products to achieve their goals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer engagements.
- Monitor customer health metrics to proactively ensure satisfaction and reduce churn.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers to inform service improvements and product developments.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer success roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and insights.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with customer success software and CRM platforms is a plus.
