Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to Norwegian-speaking end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve an array of technical issues related to computer systems and applications.
- Guide users through problem-solving steps and provide clear instructions for issue resolution.
- Document support interactions and solutions accurately in the service management system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical concerns.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and products to ensure top-notch support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in technical support, helpdesk, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems is advantageous.
- Genuine enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to effectively assist end-users.
