Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking gamers, addressing their inquiries and improving their overall gaming experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve gaming-related issues, providing effective solutions tailored to player needs.
- Inform players about game features, updates, and community events to keep them engaged.
- Document player interactions and feedback meticulously to aid in ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with the gaming team to incorporate player suggestions and enhance services.
- Promote a positive gaming environment by encouraging respectful communication among players.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is crucial; English proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills paired with a genuine enthusiasm for gaming.
- Experience in customer service, gaming support, or community management is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively in a gaming context.
- An avid gamer with knowledge of popular games and gaming platforms.
- Experience with customer support tools and chat systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to meet gamer needs.
