Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-game support to Norwegian-speaking players through chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve various in-game issues such as account problems and technical glitches.
- Collect and analyze player feedback to pinpoint recurring issues and suggest enhancements.
- Keep detailed records of player interactions and solutions provided for support documentation.
- Collaborate with game developers and product teams to relay valuable player insights for product improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest game features, updates, and industry trends to assist players effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Prior experience in customer support or gaming support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for gaming.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with gaming platforms and community engagement is a plus.
