In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service to our Norwegian-speaking customers. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through our product offerings in an efficient and professional manner. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding multilingual support via phone, email, and chat to Norwegian-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate customers on our products and services to enhance their overall experience.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex cases.
- Stay informed about company products and policies to provide up-to-date information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service roles, especially in a multilingual environment, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to helping customers succeed.
