As a Multilingual Support Representative, you will communicate with customers in Norwegian, along with other languages, to assist them with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive support experience. Your ability to connect with customers and provide empathetic solutions will make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat in Norwegian and additional languages as required
- Provide precise information about products and services while addressing customer needs
- Effectively troubleshoot customer issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive records
- Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the quality of customer support
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to offer informed assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented and dedicated to providing high-quality customer service
- Familiarity with customer service software and computer systems is advantageous
