Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support via live chat, email, and phone in Norwegian.
- Assist users with account inquiries, platform navigation, and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups for unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights from customer interactions.
- Stay updated on platform features and enhancements to provide informed assistance.
- Contribute to developing support resources and training materials for customers and team members.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or service, particularly in an online context, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with online platforms and technology is advantageous.
- A proactive individual with a genuine interest in helping users enhance their online experience.
