Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support via live chat, email, and phone in Norwegian.
  • Assist users with account inquiries, platform navigation, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups for unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights from customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on platform features and enhancements to provide informed assistance.
  • Contribute to developing support resources and training materials for customers and team members.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or service, particularly in an online context, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with online platforms and technology is advantageous.
  • A proactive individual with a genuine interest in helping users enhance their online experience.
