Responsibilities
- Offer high-quality remote support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, support requests, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share best practices.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed assistance.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong interest in technology with the capacity to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and a dedication to customer service.
- Able to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software applications, and hardware is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks at once.
- Must possess a valid EU Passport or ID for employment eligibility.
