Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation process for Norwegian-speaking clients, ensuring the software meets their unique specifications.
- Conduct thorough training sessions to ensure users are confident and capable in utilizing the software.
- Engage with clients to gather detailed requirements and customize solutions to fit their needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation to maintain project timelines.
- Provide ongoing support after deployment to enhance user adoption and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the implementation approach and overall client experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required, with strong English proficiency considered a plus.
- Proven experience in software implementation or project management is desirable.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
