Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support to Norwegian-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly and efficiently.
- Educate customers on product features and functionalities, providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the support database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and share valuable knowledge.
- Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to better serve customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software or customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
