As a Norwegian Speaking Support Center Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to assist our Norwegian-speaking clients by resolving their technical challenges in a prompt and professional manner. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide tailored solutions will be key to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve diverse technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and address complex issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest product features and changes to enhance customer support.
  • Engage in regular training to improve product knowledge and technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both oral and written.
  • Previous experience in a customer support or help desk role is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and networking basics.
  • Proficiency in using various support tools and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • European Passport or ID may be required.
