In this essential role, you will be responsible for managing key relationships with our Norwegian-speaking clients, providing them with expert technical support and guidance. Your proactive approach will ensure that clients can fully utilize our products and services, leading to increased satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for Norwegian-speaking clients, delivering high-level support and tailored solutions.
- Assess client needs to propose customized technical strategies and enhancements.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients to ensure seamless integration of our products.
- Monitor client success through regular check-ins and account assessments to promote satisfaction and identify areas for growth.
- Conduct regular strategic meetings to gather feedback and discuss future opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Prior experience in technical account management, customer success, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of technology products and the ability to communicate their value effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Experience with CRM systems and account management tools is desirable.
