Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch technical support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Assist customers in understanding product features and functionalities for better usage.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer interactions.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential, in addition to proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills focused on achieving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with customer support software or CRM platforms is a plus.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to assisting customers is necessary.
