Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch technical support to Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and networking effectively.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and service delivery.

Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
