Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 support to Norwegian-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, offering timely and accurate solutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service enhancements.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate more complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
- Stay current on product knowledge and best practices to enhance support capabilities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a support role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical knowledge with a willingness to improve these skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is advantageous.
