Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated support to VIP Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly while ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Create customized solutions and recommendations based on the unique needs of each VIP client.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and service outcomes in our support system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for VIP customers.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company offerings to provide effective assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Strong experience in customer service, especially with VIP clients, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms is a plus.
