Nurse-Operation Room (Major and Minor)

Looking for a Nurse-Operation Room (Major and Minor) to join our client's dynamic healthcare team in Qatar. As a Nurse-OR, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will include assisting surgeons, ensuring the sterile environment of the operating room, and monitoring patients before, during, and after surgery.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room for surgery, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and ready for use
• Assist the surgical team during procedures by handing instruments, monitoring vital signs, and providing support as needed
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
• Monitor patients' condition before, during, and after surgery, and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and ensure patient comfort
• Educate patients and their families about the surgical process and post-operative care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Nursing/Diploma in Nursing(3 years)
• QCHP license Holder or QCHP Eligible Candidate
• Proven experience in an operating room setting
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterilization techniques, and infection control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
