This is an evening shift role (approx 12 pm–8:30 pm) overseeing a 49‑bed NICU, offering excellent compensation and bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead evening operations in the Level III NICU (49 beds)
- Oversee patient care delivery, staffing, scheduling, and clinical performance
- Ensure compliance with Magnet standards, CCS requirements, and nursing best practices
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate the nursing team
- Partner with physicians, unit leadership, and clinical educators

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements
- Current RN license in California
- 5+ years NICU clinical nursing experience, including 3+ years in NICU leadership/management
- BSN or MSN, graduate of accredited nursing school
- RNC‑NIC certification and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience managing in a Level III NICU environment
