Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in JDA Demand JDA ESP and o9 Lead Data Analyst with a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning execution and delivery of projects using JDA Demand JDA ESP and o9 Lead Data Analyst to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans that meet stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to maintain transparency and collaboration.
• Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including schedules budgets and status reports to ensure accountability and traceability.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize resource allocation and enhance project efficiency.
• Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards to maintain project quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with supply chain experts to integrate domain knowledge into project solutions enhancing overall effectiveness.
• Drive the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies to improve project outcomes and deliver value to the organization.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations ensuring project deliverables align with business objectives.
• Evaluate project success and impact providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

Qualifications

• Possess a deep understanding of JDA Demand and JDA ESP with proven experience in implementing these solutions.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Have a solid understanding of Supply Chain Management principles and practices enhancing project relevance and impact.
• Show proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies to drive project success.
• Display a proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to anticipate and address challenges effectively.
• Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying current with industry trends and advancements.
