o9 Techno Functional Solution Architect

About the role

As a O9 Techno Functional Solution Architect, you will make an impact by leading the design and implementation of o9 Supply Chain Master Planning solutions to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency. You will be a valued member of the SCM team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, IT, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.

In this role, you will:

· Lead the design and implementation of o9 Supply Chain Master Planning solutions to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency.

· Oversee the integration of o9 Integrated Business Planning and Demand Planning systems to ensure seamless operations across departments.

· Provide expert guidance on o9 Supply Chain Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and improve supply chain performance.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align o9 MEIO solutions with organizational goals and objectives.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for o9 solutions to support ongoing system maintenance and upgrades.

What you need to have to be considered

· Extensive experience in o9 Supply Chain Master Planning and related domains.

· Strong expertise in o9 Integrated Business Planning and Demand Planning.

· Proficiency in o9 Supply Chain Analytics and o9 MEIO.

· Solid understanding of planning processes and methodologies.

· Experience in Stock Planning, Inventory Management, and Logistics Planning is a plus.

· Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Certifications Required

· o9 Certified Solution Architect

· APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

These will help you stand out

Experience in Demand Planning and Supply Planning is highly desirable.

Compensation

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
