Are you a licensed Occupational Therapist seeking full-time employment?

Necessary Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in the state in which you wish you to practice
• At least 1 year of demonstrated proficiency in patient treatment

Employment Type: Full-Time. All shift preferences will be considered.

Location: Onsite positions available nationwide.

Remote or Hybrid positions MAY be available based on facility need and candidate experience but cannot be guaranteed.

Placement options in a variety of Facilities:

• Hospitals, Private Practices, Outpatient Facilities, Rehabilitation Centers, Nursing homes, Assisted Living facilities, Home Health, Schools, Telehealth

Job Responsibilities May Include (but are not limited to):

• Evaluate patients with physical, psycho-social and/or cognitive impairments to determine the appropriate OT interventions
• Create, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in conjunction with the physician and care team to restore, maintain and improve patient well-being.
• Thoroughly document care provided and participate in the coordination of care with other care team members.
• Provide education and training to patient caregivers and family.
• Additional responsibilities based on placement

What to Expect:

Once you submit your resume and application, a Blue United Recruiter will personally review your file. If your experience meets the necessary qualifications, you can expect to go through the following steps before joining our Talent Network:

• Have a 5-10 minute phone call with one of our Recruiters so we can learn about your ideal placement
• Complete a 30 minute video interview with a Blue United Recruiter
• Grant your permission for us to run a Background Check. Results usually come back in under 48 hours.
• Have an Introductory video call with our staffing partners, Right Place Medical Staffing and sign the Right to Represent documentation, allowing our team to advocate for you.
