Entrata’s people team is seeking a Receptionist based in our Lehi, UT location. As part of the Facilities team, you will serve visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and curate a positive office environment and experience.
Responsibilities will include
- Opening up the Lehi building M-F
- Own all front desk operations such as: Mail, Deliveries, Visitor Management, Facility ticket processing, Supporting inventory management
- Be responsible for and assist in designing an Emergency Response Plan
- Manage building amenities
- Support onboarding processes by coordinating workspace setups for new employees
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance office efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist in HR-related questions or from employees
- Responsible for managing inventory, ordering, and organizing company snacks, consumables, and supply rooms; support peers with accepting & directing catering orders
- Act as point of contact for shipments and receipts
- Support People & Facilities team with special ordering and projects
- Process Jira Tickets
- Ensure accuracy in orders, find efficiencies, and ensure smooth processes
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to employee and visitor needs
- Associate's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of administrative or office experience
- Familiar with Slack, G-Suite, and Office software
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Possess a sense of urgency and efficiency for task completion
- Extremely organized, with a focus on clean spaces
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Experience managing and coordinating varied tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with access control software or spend management software
- Basic knowledge of budget management or expense tracking
- Familiarity with scheduling and event coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for building a positive and efficient work environment
