To support effective project management by preparing, analyzing, and maintaining high-quality project reports and dashboards that enable timely and informed decision-making. The Officer: Project Reporting plays a key role in ensuring accurate tracking of project performance metrics, progress, and compliance with governance requirements.
- Compile and validate project data to produce periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly) reports on cost, schedule, progress, risk, and performance.
- Develop and maintain project reporting templates and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other reporting software.
- Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with baseline targets.
- Liaise with project teams to gather inputs and updates for reporting purposes.
- Identify reporting gaps or inconsistencies and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Support governance reviews and audits by ensuring reporting compliance and documentation is in place.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reports as required by senior management or project sponsors.
- Maintain a project reporting calendar and ensure timely submission of deliverables.

1 –2 years related experience in Project reporting / Monitoring & Assurance / Project Administration
