We are seeking an experienced OmniPlus Functional Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work model. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions that align with company goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Role: OmniPlus Functional Specialist

Experience: 10-14 years of experience

We are seeking a dedicated Functional Specialist (ISG) to join our team. The ideal candidate should bring 10 to 14 years of experience in the financial services domain, with strong expertise in:

• Retirement Services Basics
• OmniTrade
• OmniPlus
• OmniStation
• Omni Script

A background in Life and Annuities Insurance will be considered a strong advantage.

This is a hybrid role with a day shift schedule and no travel requirement, offering a stable and collaborative work environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 9/30/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $120k- $130K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
