About the role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer with 8 to 10 years of expertise in OnBase technologies and domain skills in Medicare and Medicaid Claims. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and optimizing OnBase applications to enhance our claims processing systems. This role requires a deep understanding of OnBase Application Enabler Workview API and Workflow as well as a strong background in claims and payer domains.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Blaine, MN. What you need to have to be considered
· Possess strong experience in OnBase Application Enabler Workview API and Workflow.
· Demonstrate expertise in Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
· Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Show proficiency in hybrid work environments and effective communication skills.
· Have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a similar role.
· Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $97.000 - $114.000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
