About The Team & Role
The Retail KYC team’s mission is to uphold the highest standards of compliance and integrity for Bitstamp’s retail clients by implementing robust processes for client due diligence and ongoing monitoring. Our programmatic approach ensures that all retail client profiles remain aligned with evolving regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, safeguarding the platform from financial crime and supporting a seamless client experience.
As a member of the Retail KYC team, you will be responsible for conducting Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and periodic reviews for high-risk clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will engage directly with clients to collect and verify documentation, monitor for suspicious activities, and help maintain accurate client records, supporting Bitstamp’s commitment to regulatory excellence and client protection.
