đź’ˇ Your Mission: Drive product activation through training

As an Onboarding Manager - Digitalisierung in der Pflege, you’ll be responsible for delivering dynamic and engaging training sessions, both online and onsite, to ensure caregivers understand how to maximize the value of voize’s AI-powered solution. You will inspire and empower groups of 10-15 caregivers to embrace technology and enhance their documentation workflow, all while leveraging your caregiving experience.

🚀 Your Daily Business – No two days are alike

  • Deliver impactful training: Facilitate both online and onsite training sessions for caregivers, ensuring they understand the product and feel confident using it.

  • Lead Train the Trainer sessions: Empower voize coaches and senior users at our client locations to lead their own training groups.

  • Monitor adoption: Track user progress and identify areas of low engagement, adjusting training content and strategies as needed to drive adoption.

  • Provide real-time support: Address user challenges, answer questions, and collaborate with support teams to resolve issues effectively.

  • Continuous improvement: Collect feedback from training sessions, refine training materials, and improve onboarding processes to enhance future sessions.

  • Onsite visits: Conduct visits to customers with low adoption to re-engage and provide tailored support in person.

🤝 Your Skillset – What you bring to the table

  • Proven experience in introducing and implementing digitalisation in the care industry or other relevant industries (stationary, ambulant, or Eingliederungshilfe), with a solid understanding of caregiving and documentation processes.

  • Strong communication skills: You are able to present information clearly and empathetically, making complex topics accessible to non-technical users.

  • Passion for training and coaching: Experience in delivering training sessions or mentoring others, ideally in a healthcare or caregiving context.

  • Technical affinity: Comfort with technology and learning new software quickly, with the ability to teach others to use it effectively.

  • Fluent in German (C2) with good command of English.

  • Willingness to travel 2-3 times per week to onboard customers (based in Berlin, Munich, Cologne, or Frankfurt preferred).
