As an Online Ads Support Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through email, chat, and phone support. You will be a valued member of the IOA team and assist users with varying levels of technical expertise and contribute to a dynamic team supporting the Client Ads Product. Your ability to solve problems, communicate clearly, and adapt to a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success.
Communicate with customers via outbound calls and email.
Follow all procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and teammates.
