Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of key business applications, including installation, configuration, updates, and decommissioning 
  • Act as the main point of contact between internal users and external software vendors 
  • Monitor application performance, availability, and security, ensuring minimal downtime 
  • Provide hands-on IT support for users, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting 
  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner 
  • Maintain documentation of IT processes, system configurations, and application workflows 
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and system access, including onboarding and offboarding support 
  • Coordinate application testing, updates, and deployments 
  • Train end users on application functionality and IT tools 
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT services with business needs 
  • Support asset management, including setup and maintenance of laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals 

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a combined role involving application management and IT support 
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), enterprise applications, and IT infrastructure 
  • Experience with user management tools (e.g., Active Directory), ticketing systems, and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure) 
  • Solid understanding of IT security practices and data protection regulations 
  • Familiarity with IT service frameworks such as ITIL is a plus 
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively 
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset 
  • Fluent in English
