Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.€10bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece.

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Specialist to join our Operations team in Athens. This role will be responsible for collecting and reviewing operational data (eg. volumes of tasks, time per user etc.), monitoring daily operations, tracking KPIs and operational metrics, and measuring department’s performance.

More specifically, a day in the life of an Operations Specialist includes:

  • Supporting the team in delivering requirements for new tools, systems, and standard operating procedures, always targeting optimization of workflows;
  • Maintaining documentation of processes and ensure operational compliance;
  • Proposing initiatives to optimize the effectiveness of process within the team;
  • To propose operational improvements that will make your teammates content with their job;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in the banking sector or Servicers;
  • Familiarity with the core activities of Loan Operations;
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Solid understanding of business operations, process optimization;
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
  • Studies in business administration, finance, STEM, or any related field; a master’s degree will be considered an asset;
  • Ability to analyze and combine data and information, to achieve the desired outcomes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Active listening skills and team spirit.
