  • Manage and respond to all customer support requests via Slack, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Handle technical client communication, clarifying platform issues, processes, and service-related concerns.
  • Monitor and respond to reviews on platforms like Trustpilot; manage public feedback and contribute to improving the firm's online reputation.
  • Write and submit strategic 5-star reviews to enhance the company's overall review rating.
  • Track influencer campaign performance and compile regular reports for internal use.
  • Research and reach out to new influencers in the trading and finance space to support marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a reliable support to the leadership team, assisting with various operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, customer success, or executive support roles.
  • Prior experience in finance, fintech, or proprietary trading is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong working knowledge of Slack, Google Workspace, and reporting tools (e.g., Sheets, Notion, or CRMs).
  • Familiar with online reputation management and platforms like Trustpilot.
  • Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
