About the role

You’ll work directly with the COO to help drive the effectiveness of the operations team. This role combines coordination, performance monitoring, projects and reporting within the Ops function — ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, high-responsibility environments. This is not just a job - it’s an opportunity to contribute to the creation of a neobank from its very foundation.

What you ’ll be doing

·        Coordinate and track key operational initiatives, ensuring timely delivery across cross-functional teams

·        Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs and performance metrics across operations functions

·        Prepare and present insightful reports and dashboards to internal teams and governance committees

·        Manage inputs for regulatory and internal reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

·        Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or risks, and work with stakeholders to design solutions

·        Drive meeting cadences, follow-ups, and action tracking for the COO’s office

·        Support planning and execution of strategic priorities within the operations function

·        Ensure key initiatives are documented, tracked, and communicated with clarity

·        Help build scalable processes and performance rhythm for a growing operations team

·        Support the COO in coordinating priorities, and making execution smoother

What we’re looking for

·        3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, performance or reporting roles

·        Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments is a strong plus

·        Excellent English language proficiency, written and verbal

·        Curious, energetic, hands-on mindset

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions

·        Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively
