We are looking for a structured and hands-on Project & Process Manager to lead software tools deployment and process changes in the Operations division. You will make sure user and business needs are clearly understood, translated into concrete requirements, and reflected in working solutions. This includes coordinating testing, training, and rollout, while tracking whether tools work as expected in real-life use. A background in IT or digital projects is essential to manage delivery timelines, technical discussions, and performance follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead selected tooling and improvement projects within the E2E Program from the Operations perspectiv
- Take active part in project planning led by Product Managers, including timelines, resource coordination, risk management, and communication
- Translate Operations needs into clear, testable, and prioritized inputs for Product Managers and technical teams
- Coordinate project execution, including testing, validation, training, and rollout
- Drive change management and support user adoption, acting as a key ambassador for new tools and processes in OPS
- Support documentation, team onboarding, and process updates as part of tool deployment
- Compare data across tools and systems to ensure consistency, support reporting, and translate insights into actionable items
- Monitor project progress and ensure smooth execution and post-rollout follow-up
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Contribute to process optimization and help identify areas where tooling can enable greater efficiency
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project and process management in IT, operations, or technical environments
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus.
- 2+ years experience leading or supporting tool implementation or digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of change management and driving user adaptability
- Experience working with data: comparing inputs, identifying gaps, and generating reports to support informed decision-making
- Solid grasp of project coordination, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution
- Familiarity with process mapping and operational workflows
- Proficient in tools like Jira, Wrike, Confluence, Miro or other PM/process tools
- Excellent communicator and cross-team collaborator, especially between business and technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English
