About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OC HCM Approval Workflow OC HCM Fun-Core HR Oracle Cloud HCM Journeys and Oracle Cloud HCM Security. Additionally experience in Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance is essential. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift environment.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement functional solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM modules to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and configure approval workflows within OC HCM to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud HCM Journeys to optimize employee engagement and development.
• Ensure robust security measures are in place for Oracle Cloud HCM safeguarding sensitive data and maintaining compliance.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure functionality and performance meet expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM modules minimizing downtime and disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud HCM solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
• Document functional specifications and create user guides to support end-users and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they can effectively utilize Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities.
• Analyze and optimize business processes within the Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance domains.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing HR processes leading to improved employee satisfaction and organizational success.

What you need to have to be considered

• Possess strong expertise in OC HCM Approval Workflow OC HCM Fun-Core HR Oracle Cloud HCM Journeys and Oracle Cloud HCM Security.
• Demonstrate experience in Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance, understanding industry-specific requirements.
• Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
• Show proficiency in collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Display strong communication skills capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.

Certifications Required

· Oracle Cloud HCM Certification Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
