About the role

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Generative AI OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll and Oracle Cloud HCM-Absence Management. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technological advancements and optimize HR processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Use Generative AI to improve HR systems

  • Make payroll run smoothly with Oracle Cloud HCM

  • Add Fast Formula tools to HR processes

  • Set up Absence Management for leave tracking

  • Find and fix issues in current HR systems

Work model: United States only

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Dearborn - Michigan. What you need to have to be considered

  • Strong skills in Generative AI for HR

  • Good at using Fast Formula tools – OC HCM

  • Experienced with Oracle Cloud Payroll

  • Knows Absence Management setup

  • Great at analyzing and improving systems

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 to $132,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
