Randstad is searching for a talented Organisational Development Officer for a collaborative local council. We need an enthusiastic professional who can build and sustain strong relationships, embraces challengesand is passionate about driving positive change within the human resources department. A strong eye for detail is essential.

About your new role

The Organisational Development Officer will support the Organisational Culture and Development Coordinator by assisting in the development and implementation of organisational learning initiatives. The position requires adaptability and flexibility, as its scope may evolve over time.

What you will need to exceed

  • You will be expected to administer and support a variety of organisational development and learning initiatives. This includes managing the Learning Management System, compliance training, engagement surveysand diversity and inclusion programmes. You'll also be responsible for maintaining the OD tools, such as the Corporate Professional Development Calendar and LinkedIn Learning.

  • A crucial part of the role is collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. This is to ensure the effective delivery of programmes and the smooth daily operations of the OD department.

  • You'll be the first point of contact for OD queries, requiring you to either respond directly or escalate them as appropriate.

  • You must be proficient in processing forms and paperwork, managing dataand generating reports as needed.
