We are looking for a motivated and analytical Paid Media Performance Marketer to manage and scale paid campaigns across multiple platforms for diverse clients. This role involves end-to-end campaign ownership—from planning and execution to optimization and performance analysis. You will work on driving measurable results through data-driven decisions and continuous experimentation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to meet key KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CPA, etc.).
  • Leverage Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and contribute to strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign goals with broader marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Preferred / Advantageous Skills:

  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Marketplace Ads (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Looker Studio
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution models

Ideal Candidate:
You should have a solid understanding of paid marketing platforms, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage campaigns across multiple clients. Experience in an agency or multi-client environment is a plus.
