Our client is a U.S.-based creative marketing agency that works closely with organizations in the non-profit and healthcare sectors. Their work is rooted in purpose, helping mission-driven brands generate impact through digital strategy, paid media, and creative execution.

With a focus on lead generation and awareness, the agency delivers measurable outcomes for clients through highly coordinated, cross-functional efforts. They’re now looking for a Paid Media Project Manager who can balance campaign execution with smooth project coordination.

About the Role

This is a dual-role opportunity ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of paid media execution and project management. You’ll be responsible for building and managing performance campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and similar platforms, while also supporting non-media creative projects by organizing timelines, deliverables, and client communication.

The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple digital campaigns, working cross-functionally with internal teams, and delivering exceptional results for clients in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create basic reports and help interpret performance data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead internal coordination for both paid media and non-media campaigns using tools like Trello or ClickUp.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and client service teams to ensure all deliverables are on track.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
  • Support in documenting project timelines, scopes, and asset needs.
  • Participate in internal meetings to identify process improvements and share campaign insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) and project management.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills in fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar PM tools.
  • A proactive and solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Based in Latin America and available to work full-time in Eastern Time (ET).

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with clients in the non-profit or healthcare sectors.
  • Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
  • Experience managing or supporting non-paid digital campaigns (social, email, branding).
