MARSHALL LAW P.A.
Estate Planning & Trust Administration Paralegal

Wildwood, Florida | Full-Time | In-Person

At Marshall Law, we’re known for two things—our dedication to client care and the strength of our team. We’re a boutique law firm in Wildwood, Florida that focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate, guardianship, and elder law. We help people through some of life’s most important (and emotional) transitions—and we do it with clarity, compassion, and precision.

About You

We’re looking for a thoughtful, detail-driven team member to join us in a paralegal role that supports both estate planning and trust administration. If you’re organized, a natural helper, and ready to build meaningful relationships with clients and coworkers, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

This position is ideal for someone who already has the basics down—document formatting, clear client communication, and strong organizational skills—but who’s eager to grow. We’ll provide training in the technical areas of the role (like trust funding and court filings) and support your development as you take on more responsibility over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Draft estate planning documents including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Deeds
  • Support attorneys during consultations and document review meetings
  • Coordinate signing appointments and file deeds across multiple counties or states
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and the team
  • Assist with gathering information from clients, asset tracking, and distributions
  • Keep client matters organized and on track from start to finish

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you’re great with people and details
  • Solid tech skills (Microsoft Office, cloud-based systems); WealthCounsel experience is a plus
  • Comfort with numbers and strong follow-through on time-sensitive tasks
  • A proactive mindset—you take ownership, solve problems, and stay organized under pressure
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Paralegal Studies or a related field

Benefits

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay: $24–$30/hour depending on experience (equivalent to $49,920–$62,400/year)
  • Bonus potential based on firm performance
  • Paid time off and firm holidays
  • A supportive team that values mentorship and long-term growth

Join us in shaping the future of Central Florida’s premier estate planning and administration firm while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
