Your new role
As a customer service representative you will be working in an inbound contact centre environment. They are looking for someone who enjoys customer service and can manage their time effectively. Please note: the working hours are: mon - fri - 9am - 2pm

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Taking inbound calls from small to medium customers
• Vast range of basic to more complex queries
• Utilising multiple programs during the one call

Your skills and experience

• Customer service experience - open to industry - retail or hospitality
• Suitable for Uni student/Uni graduates
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
