- Providing world-class service excellence and customer experience at all times drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
- Responds to customers’ questions.
- Alerts management of potential security issues.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Be the company’s front-line ambassador to uphold the company’s branding and image.
- Housekeeping and adhering to visual merchandising guidelines provided by the management
- Any other duties assigned by the Supervisors or Managers in charge.
Requirements
- Above minimum legal age of 21 years old due to sale and supply of tobacco products
- Strong customer service skills
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- A good team player, mature and self-driven
