This role delivers a premium, brand-aligned trackside presence at global motorsport events, covering the Paddock Club, motorhome facilities, Race Base, trailers, and team garage. Working with internal teams, hospitality partners, and suppliers, it develops innovative hospitality concepts and ensures all elements reflect the new 2026 team identity. As a Partnership Project Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall project management, planning and delivery of The Cadillac Formula 1® Team trackside assets, including, but not limited to:

• Working alongside the internal project team and stakeholders to deliver a new team identity across trackside projects for 2026

• Collaborating with Events & Hospitality team and partners to deliver a premium experience aligned with brand standards
• Developing and delivering new hospitality concept with internal stakeholders and managing all project delivery, cost, and quality
• Having full responsibility for supplier and asset management, customs documentation, and winter works management
• Assist in the design and delivery of the new Race Base, Team Garage and Motorhome aligned with brand standards

Within project management, you will be responsible for areas such as:

• Supplier engagement and day-to-day management and Installation team coordination

• Program and timeline management
• Quotation analysis and negotiation
• Freight cost and routing management
• Damage Reporting and winter works planning
• Quality assurance and continuous improvement
• Logistics coordination

What do you need to bring to the team?

• Extensive expertise in overseeing large-scale projects within the motorsport, and construction sectors; a focus on Formula 1® is preferred
• Able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex projects from conception through to completion, delivering operational excellence and innovative solutions that significantly enhance project efficiency and profitability
• Professional Project Management Certifications along with additional current qualifications in relevant tools such as EU Procurement Directives
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable to work in high pressure environments with excellent time management skills
