Your Roles and Responsibilities:
You are the first point of contact for our colleagues regarding administrative HR processes. You are also responsible for ensuring smooth and timely payroll administration in multiple countries, working closely with external payroll providers. You play an important role in all matters related to employment conditions, including topics specific to expatriates such as visa applications and the 30% ruling.
You support the onboarding and offboarding process, draft employment contracts, process personnel changes, and manage time registration. Finally, you participate in various HR projects and actively contribute to the further development of our wonderful company.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in personnel administration, preferably in an international environment
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- You possess excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
- A willingness to learn and proven experience in implementing improvement projects
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to get things done
- Ability to give and receive feedback in a positive way, and a great team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, and ambitious environment
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Dutch
- A good fit for an informal, entrepreneurial environment and a self-starter by nature
