We wish to appoint a Payroll Assistant Manager, in our Outsourcing team, in Athens.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of medium to large sized multiple client payrolls with no supervision.
- Identify, research, and resolve payroll variances during daily review and controls.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of clients’ obligations and payroll workflow.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to streamline processes, ensure data integrity, and support company objectives.
- Respond to payroll-related and local labor legislation inquiries from clients.
- Create and modify reports based on client needs.
- Provide guidance in daily basis to payroll team members regarding payroll and labor legislation issues as well as complex payroll calculations related to retroactive payments, terminations, etc.
- Provide performance management to ensure high standards of work.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy with applicable local laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security standards for all payroll-related information.
- Looking for improvements related to efficiency and payroll best practices and provide feedback.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations, labour laws and industry trends.
- Administer and maintain payroll systems, ensure data integrity and implement system upgrades, enhancements and automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Identification of business opportunities at existing clients.
- Active engagement on the development of new or existing products and services.
- Suggest payroll policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization.
Requirements
- BSc in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration (MSc in HR will be considered an asset).
- 5 to 7 years of working experience in a payroll position. Prior consulting experience will be preferred.
- Excellent use of ERGANI / SEPENET / e-EFKA platform.
- Excellent use of SCAN HRMS and Self-Service application.
- Experience in Time & Attendance systems.
- In-depth knowledge of current labor legislation.
- Excellent understanding of multi-payroll cases.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient knowledge of English and Greek
- Computer – literacy skills.
